Custom Products
All products from Framed Collective are custom-made to your specifications, ensuring a unique, high-quality piece crafted just for you. Because every item is personalized, we do not offer returns for change of mind. This allows us to focus on delivering products that are perfectly tailored to your order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
We want you to be delighted with your custom print. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once we receive your message, we will evaluate the situation and arrange the best solution, which may include:

We handle each case promptly and ensure that any shipping costs related to defects or mistakes are covered by Framed Collective.
Exchanges
Since every product is made to order, traditional exchanges are not possible. If you would like a different item, we recommend contacting us about the defect or issue first, and then placing a new order separately.
European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
Because Framed Collective products are custom-made, the standard 14-day EU cooling-off period does not apply. This is legally allowed for personalized items.
Refunds
If a product is defective or incorrectly delivered and approved for correction or replacement:

If a refund is agreed upon, it will be processed via your original payment method within 10 business days.

Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
