8. Custom Orders & Quality Assurance

  • Every product is made to order with care and attention to detail.

  • If an item is defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at hello@framedcollective.com.

  • We will promptly resolve issues, including repair or replacement, at no extra cost.

  • Returns for change of mind are not available, ensuring all products remain personalized.

9. Feedback

  • By submitting feedback, you grant Framed Collective a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it.

  • You are responsible for your feedback and ensuring it does not violate rights of third parties.

10. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
